3. Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our services are listed on our website or provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment, including cash and major credit cards. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle prior to the service. Elite Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
Inform us of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for any damage that was not disclosed prior to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
